You defend set afterset on your goal line and a good team eventually takes advantage and makes you look poor. Who'd have thought it. Site the injuries to Handley and Holroyd all you like but the platform for this was laid before that. Smiths way of playing is absolute BS

Looking forward to the Smithites coming along to explain to those of us who could see months and months ago that this style of rugby was never going to challenge a team who are able to defend and attack together, that this is a genius at work and we just have to back him and be patient.

It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

The two things that have been consistent every game this season have been that we concede field position and dont make any yards in the first half and when we do get in the opposition 25 we have zero attacking plays other than a ball turned back inside. It was fair to say that with new players RS should be judged after 10 games but for me we have been very consistent in our performance and style of play with similar type performances every game. This is not toys out of the pram or saying sack the coach but we can all see what needs to change. Yes some bad luck but we have been dominated up front by a team missing first 3 choice props. Williams front foot ball all night.

To anyone with a pair of eyes these big problems have been evident for a long time we look no different to last year. No laughing boys will be around tonight. I hear when the grounds dry up we'll really put some big scores on some teams...
