Great article and to anyone questioning whether there is a culture issue at the club, read Ellis's words and try to deny it after that.
I'd say that is a pretty fair piece by Davidson and thoroughly depressingly honest in all of the subjects he touches on. I think its sadly further evidence in to just how poorly run the club is from top to bottom and that Clark as a CEO really is a faceless wonder.
After reading that piece I really don't see a way back for the club if I am being honest as there doesn't seem to be anybody that gives a poop or holds anyone to account.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Completely agree. Aside from a potential warming of relations re the stadium everything else seems spot on.
Nobody can argue against that piece by Davidson, all journalists seem to be singing from the same hymm sheet in regards to the state of the club. Kyle amor going as far to say we're not a big club anymore, just a bottom four regular club.
Its interesting isn't it and I would recommend everyone reads Gareths book as it is excellent. And despite the fact that we have a squad so much weaker than that of even a few years ago tperhaps at last we have an answer to the connundrum of why despite the fact that players coaches and backroom staff come and go the same culture runs through the the club year on year. The banter stuff where players don't know when to end it and when to be serious. That for me explains a lot attitude wise out on the pitch because it does look like a joke to some of them. The place is just a mess. and once again Clark and Adam asked by Davidson to comment but refuse.

I use to think eastenders was depressing It reminds be of the frankie Howard Up Pompeii sketch on here.. ( I know I’m showing my age ). Could be worse I suppose , Bonaire and cuddle club (meme) wont like this but I could find a club on poorhouse lane with three stands for a ground and a lot of pretence of being big time Charlie’s.
