Attendances wont drop as so many ST holfers and corporate that will be booked for the whole season. The crunch we come if they cant fill the corporate - that subsidises the ST costs.

But the club won't knee jerk. I actually think he will stay until the end of the season. But I do think the club will make up it's mind after 12 games and if we are bottom half, GH will be planning for a change for next season.
I can agree that if we are bottom half still at the season half way point, if we haven’t had a massive injury crisis of biblical proportions again to account for it (which isn’t the fault of the coach)…. Then I will willingly join the Voodoo Club.

GH is no longer capable of making the right rugby decisions, proven over nearly a decade.

I think your last sentence has it though. You guys whip yourselves up into a frenzy on here while I think a big proportion of the fan base gets on with life.
It’s an echo chamber.
Of course Smith is under pressure, any Leeds coach is.
I’ve seen enough so far this year to believe that we’ll fare pretty well over the next batch of fixtures. If we don’t then personally I’ll start considering Smith as the problem.
Obviously I know F all about the game though as I’m not an ex Super League player like most of our disaffected seem to be.

Attendances at the opening three games have been very good. Averaging about 15k despite pretty ropey weather. This forum (much as I like it) is not representative of the average punter who goes to a game on a Friday night. Let's face it, people who tend to come on here like a good moan - and that’s putting it politely. I would wager a very high % of posters have long since ceased to be regular paying customers and largely follow the game via TV. None of that alters the fact that the next three games sre crucial for Smith. All are winnable, and with a largely fit squad, Smith should be winning them. Two fairly close defeats against Saints isn't the end of the world, but wins against Cas, Wire and Hudds are required to show an exceptable level of progress.

On the contrary, I think this forum does represent the average fan. After all they have taken time out to post about the club and its direction. The majority of postings are perfectly fair and reasonable. Either for or against the club, as for moaning, well we’ve had a lot to moan about for quite a few seasons.
We went to a winless Trinity last season and lost, we now travel to a winless Cas. The writing is on the wall. Lose on Thursday and Smith will have to go.

I don't think taking time to post on this forum often multiple times a day (as I do) is average, infact it's borderline obsessive. If it was there would be 10k on a regular basis. Anyway, think I'll listen to my own advice and give myself and everybody else a break for a few days.

Sounds good plan mate. Not worth engaging in anything you’re not enjoying. Come back refreshed!

Most things in life don’t matter a great deal, posting on her by and large is a bit of fun. So carry on with the postings. I enjoy most of the input into this forum. Most of it well meaning and I genuinely enjoy the forum. As for any bias ,I was a long standing supporter in the old south stand. Absolutely loved it witnessing bias on an Olympic scale.
