No. What I’m saying is, in any job you have regular appraisals and as a result you agree or disagree the progression of your career. Your boss then doesn’t disclose the details of your appraisal to all and sundry.
Yes there is malaise around our club and yes I’m as t’d off with it as everyone else.
It would be wrong of the club to divulge any information about a player’s current career progression unless they agreed to it.
As bad as it is, and we all knew it would be this year, we have to believe there’s a long term achievable goal.
It is made worse by our neighbours relative improvements over the last couple of years.
Our situation will not improve until we have the ability to splash the cash. Hopefully that’s sooner rather than later.

Your final sentence is the key to the clubs future but its obvious that Adam Pearson no longer has the financial ability to bankroll the club any longer.
My worry is that Smith is taking us backwards on the field and Pearson doesnt have the money to pay him off so we are stuck with him unless he resigns due to fan pressure which i expect will increase after the next derby at HKR.
Sort out the indiscipline Smith and show us fans something on the field that we can say thats an improvement then you may get some backing

We really need to change it up to stand a chance. Nu can’t be in the halves. I’d go with

Hoy
Tindall
McIntosh been much better at centre
Sutcliffe
Martin didn’t deserve to be dropped
Charles
Smith

Ese’ese
N Brown
Sao
Scott starting by default
Staveley
Lane

Houghton if fit, if not Litten
Okunbor see if he’s any better off the bench
J Brown
Severs ... would normally say go with 2 props on bench put whoever is there won’t get many minutes anyway so would lean towards Severs as Gardiner has been terrible and Laidlaw isn’t good enough either.

To be honest I’m at a loss as to why the head Coach still won’t include Balmforth yet will still pick an aging player who’s in his last season, to foot him for 80mins & that has been struggling with hamstring tightening and unable to finish games.

So for me there is little or no logic but it’s just another of the poor decisions being made on and off the field.
I don’t believe Smith has the right attitude of hunger to turn us around nor do I believe his side kick brings anything to the table.

Even after a week since the Leigh debacle I have no interest at all and just feel ever more bitter, with no effort being made by the Owner or the over promoted DJ to speak to its supporters at the very least.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Fair enough. Some of us are interested though. I mean, I don't think we have any real chance of winning tomorrow but I'm interested in the result.

He is entitled to his opinion even if some don’t agree and to virtually say don’t post then isn’t your call.

The only way to find out is to play the kid.

No chance mate as some can get away with it and nothing gets said…others say something and all over you…bit of a clique between mods and certain posters.
