Not sure what has happened to the dual reg. agreement we have with Widnes, but Lucas Green has been loaned to Bradford Bulls.

He is based in West Yorkshire, so maybe this arrangement suits him?

Is he any good?

He is only 19, so he is a work in progress.

On the short size for a Super League prop, but was playing regularly for our 1st team as an 18 year old, so the club rate him.

We signed Max Wood from Wigan during the close season, which seems to have pushed Green one notch further down our pecking order.

Watched Eriba Doro play at Wire and I rate Green higher than Eriba at this stage of his career.

If Lucas does grow a bit taller then I think he will definitely make-it.

He'll have a better chance of getting wider.

Widnes were competitive with the Wire duel reg.

Since pulling back outt players, for whatever reasons, Widnes are stinking the place out!

If you compare Green and Max Wood currently, the latter looks at home as an SL player already, the former does not.
That could change - especially as he's a forward - but he's not there currently.

I think Max Wood will be a regular in 2025, maybe sooner.

It’s thanks to Wigans loyalty to Isa and Farrell that we have Nicholson and Wood.
Peet made some noises about both of them not waiting and Wire taking their players.

I know they were very upset about Nicholson, but they actually released Wood, he then came to train with us and we were impressed and signed him.

Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.
