Realistically, Fev need putting in special measures until they pay players/coaches what they're owed. How can they justify bringing an NRL half back over when they've not even paid testimonial money from a year ago?

The points deduction was for breaking the cap iirc. I think it was set as a percentage of turnover or something similar back then.
I also think we were assessed on the wages we should have paid rather than what we actual ended up playing (or didn't end up paying really )

We were fined for the Robinson fiasco but the points which were originally 6 reduced to 4 on appeal definitely related to breaking the salary cap. I may be mistaken but I believe Wigan were deducted points for a similar infringement, the only difference being we did not have the money to pay the contracts and Wigan did.
