I know that's easier done when you're massively on the front foot and not as fatigued. But look when both Brown and Hoy made breaks from deep. Not a Hull player in sight, just 3 Leigh players ready to tackle them.
For those old enough to remember it was like the Aussies against GB at Boothferry Park in 1982.

Just fail to understand why we were just not fired up today for a game at home against a team missing their 4 of their most influential player. Instead we look like we aren’t prepared, ready or bothered in the slightest.
The training must be loving awful during the week if this is the sum total of it.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I have to wonder if there's been some trouble in camp as last week the effort was there. Houghton deciding to crouch down away from the bench when he got subbed off seemed off, like he was making a point.
I haven't really questioned Smith's appointment until now either but I just don't see any signs of improvement whatsoever. I didn't think we could get much worse than the Hull KR and London performances but somehow we managed to be a lot worse today.
I just don't see where we are going as a club. I'd much rather bring in a young coach with some hunger and fresh ideas, strip the dead wood out of the squad, and build a side around the youth. We can't get relegated anyway. At least a team made up of mainly academy products would give us something to be interested in, because at the minute I'm really struggling to care. On what I've seen so far this is our worst team of the SL era, and I include the Hull Sharks days in that. We were very lucky to beat London, and had we lost that you would seriously we wondering where we were going to get a win this year.
If (when) we lose on Good Friday it'll be the club's worst start to a Super League season since 2011. If we then lose the week after at home to Huddersfield it'll be the worst start since 1999.

I wasn't overly concerned that we were 10 down after 10 minutes. I'm not sure we touched the ball in that time. We scored with our first attacking set, happy days. What happened after that I have no idea. They caused us problems by just being quick around the ruck and supporting each other, basic stuff which saw us capitulate.
I'm really interested (and worried) as to what direction we take here.
Even though I haven’t been since 2017 due to personal priorities and finally winning at Wembley twice that was my pinnacle since 1st going in 1975 and seeing some very good and awful times, this has finally done me and won’t be watching on tv again or buying anything from the shop as I still liked to wear a top or something but after that utterly disgusting display I am done until something drastic happens and even then it would take some doing to get me back as I’m not missing it at all and at one point it was and nearly cost me personally.

Can’t see much changing till we have change at the very top , Pearson ! Unless we get some massive investment or he sells up , this is going to be the norm . And longer nothing happens , longer it will Take to be back challenging. Fans will disappear for good , and building a good team will only take longer . No decent players we do have will stay , and if any of the young kids do make it through , they’ll just be picked up by other clubs . Perfect time to play Leigh today , 4 best players missing , and short on confidence too , hadn’t won a game before today . Think today was the lowest I’ve ever seen , how many tries did they score without anyone laying a finger on them .
