I can’t see why, he’s simply bought out his old contract and made himself a free agent . It’s old as the hills, I believe Jonty Parkin started it when he did it to us in the 1920s.

That said I wouldn’t put it past them.

Fair play to him.

There's 1 or 2 Fax fans disgruntled but there's also some praising him for it.

Life is short, rugby careers are shorter. He needs to do whats best for him - just as Johnstone did.

I thought Walmsley morphed into a Kershaw a few times on Saturday with runs across field instead of his usual aim for the try line.

Bit harsh in those conditions. Walmsley did a lot of work bringing the ball out from deep in our half. Not the game to be running angled runs close to the touch line last weeks.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.

My comment was relating to a game back in early February if you check the posting date. :D

I still think we've coached some directness out of his game though.

Honestly. Why would we do that?

Ah sorry, I thought it was recent. I don’t know as it’s a bit early to tell. We need to create the space for him. There have been some signs we are doing this and hopefully we see more of it.
