Lets be honest at the min Saints are sh*t scared what could happen on GF and I dont blame them selling out the home allocation just because the Champions are in town

Lets face it, there is more comparisons going on between the two sides than ever before, more points scoring, more sticking the boot in, more checking each others forums and more trolling simply because both sides know the other side has been and is the only realistic chance of stopping them winning trophies on a regular basis. Teams can win one off comps like the Challenge cup and maybe even a LLS/Grand Final but since 2018 Wigan and Saints have shared every Grand Final Trophy, a lot of the league leaders shields and a couple of challenge cups, with a WCC win each thrown in for good measure. We're each others biggest rivals anyway, always have been and always will be but this past 6 years, alongside the fact we still look like the best two sides in the league will keep this chatter/banter/sticking the boot in going for as long as this is the situation.
Each to their own but I enjoy having a bit of back and forth with Saints fans. It's better than sitting here in mid/lower table, with no real rivalries to speak off and that is the case for a number of clubs.

Our greatest wins are against Saints Our greatest losses are against Saints They are our biggest foes our greatest rivals We need St Helens as much as they need us because if you cannot get up for these games then RL isnt for you. There isn't a derby or a game that rivals this one,I for one absolutely love this fixture,can't wait for GF.
