And Cooper!
Harvie Hill has seriously impressed me so far this year and will be hard to drop, hopefully Nsemba can go the same way.
Tyler Dupree is up there with the best props in SL at the minute. Mago is night and day the play he was from June 2022-May 2023, so improved.
Squad members like them two plus Eckersley, Farrimond and Forber coming in and doing solid jobs really make the squad look massive. Hopefully Douglas will get a game at some point.
Hopefully we get to a position when everyone’s fit, would be very hard to pick a first choice pack and bench.
All positive at the minute, Matty Peet is flying.
RICHARDS IS SUPERMAN!!!!

The fact that you get your info from Facebook pretty much says it all. No surprise though, except that you're not claiming to have been there with your daughters

at the ground I felt the Dupree effort wasn't a try but Paddy's was oh well it all worked out in the end.
I’ve just got home and I can’t lie, I thought we were ordinary in a lot of what we did today but that isn’t a complaint. I totally get it and you’re not doing bad if you can run in 60 points, minus 8 or 9 players. There’s just quality everywhere and players are pushing each other for spots. Try and name a first choice 17 and it’s extremely difficult. We’re top, with a game in hand and we’ve played well within ourselves. You can’t be anything but pleased.

I think you may need to watch it again NK. We were anything but ordinary in the forwards. If you're talking about the free flowing rugby we're capable of them I agree we didn't do that today. The ref made it far too stop/start for that but the fact is we didn't need to anyway. The forwards were that dominant. How often do you see so many prop forwards on the score sheet?
A 60 point drubbing with half a team out is pretty impressive even if it wasn't impressively pretty.

To put it quite simply...
Dupree is the best prop in SL. He's better than Thompson (who runs him close). He's better than Mago, Walmsley, Vaughan, Satae etc. Even if we paid £500k, which we didn't, he'd still be an absolute steal.
Wardle is also an elite centre. I wouldn't swap him for anyone.

I think the referee stopped the free flowing rugby due to his constant use of the whistle, I wasn’t impressed with his performance. Anyway a good day out, a good result and top of the league. You can’t have everything.
Thought Eckersley showed a great turn of pace, going to be a good player that one. As said forwards controlled and dominated the game. Dupree another excellent game as all the forwards had.
To think Cooper,Ellis,Marshy,Bevan,Harry,Havard,Byrne,Leeming- All missing ,that is some squad depth.
