I would like to as a fan walk around the interior and look at all the rooms and see what facilities have been installed in every room from heating, plumbing, electrics, air conditioning and see how it’s advanced and is laid out with operational and health and safety/environmental perspectives in mind(sad I know ).
I’m surprised how dismal the areas below the stand where the food outlets and toilets are, I would suggest the walls or ceiling are painted white to brighten the areas and make it more welcoming.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there someone with history one of ME's advisors during the early stages of the takeover.

Perhaps we could do organised tours of the stadium like they do at the Nou Camp and other big football grounds....doubt we would need a trophy room though...perhaps a bread-bin to put the Yorkshire Cup in ??
So, looking at the pitch now, does anyone genuinely think it’s better than the old playing surface? I’m not referring to the neglected state of the pitch that had nothing spent on it for years but the well cared for playing surface that was lauded as the best in the game by everyone who played on it.
I ask because we’ve apparently invested half a million or so on it and it now seems there are areas within the stand that would have really benefited from that money. The pitch seems to have been a bit of a vanity project but in reality it just needed some care to bring it back to its best

it's a bit hard to say isn't it now Football's being played on it, so can't really compare it to when it was a lush bowling green surface and just a game now and again. if I remember rightly we could have got one for 250k instead of the supposed best for 500k. I wonder what the difference between those would have been for us.

I think the pitch is something to be proud of but I cant really comment about the inside of the East Stand as I'll probably never use/see it.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Think we'd have seen the difference had it had a winter of football played on it, particularly with the amount of rain we've had.

I would say it's definitely worse, from high up in the East stand it looked very threadbare ,someone who as on it last week described the grass as very sparse in the middle. The touch lines have also been totally trashed.
However as others have said, I would put this down to all the football. I don't know how much the FC squatters pay , but they are certainly hammering the playing surface
I believe ME has already changed some areas of the new stand that he didn't like and let's be honest he's not short of a few half, and even, whole millions and has already stated that he has big plans for the whole stadium so I think you can safely stop worrying
