Disagree. The statement acknowledges that the wording of the rule about head to head contact was incorrect. They’ve called a meeting to clarify and change it to initial head to head contact and allow discretion when it comes to accidental secondary contact.
They could have buried their heads in the sand and pretended the rule was correct. On this occasion I’d applaud how they’ve handled it.
