To say the sending off was diabolical is an understatement, but to the letter of the law it was correct. It carries 3 - 4 game ban. Big problem now is the rules. Do they change the rules or abide by them? I don't think they will change the laws as that would be a joke. I think for next round they will though.

You have obviously seen these Head contact rules, can you share them with us?
Just a 2 match ban for Sutcliffe, to be expected I guess, glad nothing further for Nu and that it was just fines for the rest. Leaves us light in the backs for Sunday, hoping Carlos is back.
Nu Brown and new rules aside - we do need to sort out discipline out, having 4 players cited by the disciplinary in a week when we've already got 3 players banned and a squad decimated by injuries is far from ideal, an area that we're not seeing improvements under Smith/Genes coaching. The smarter teams will be adapting to the new rules, we do not.
