Rhodri Jones saying that Catalan will have to start paying travel costs for teams travelling there from next season, 1 step forward, 2 steps back with this sport. Should we have to pay the coach travel for teams to play us? Rfl once again doing their best to try sabotage one of the genuine expansion successes of the sport.

Ridiculous, and dont forget the 'bond' they have to pay if they dare to make it to Wembley. Its almost 20 years since they entered teams know the score with the travel costs.

Typical narrow-mindedness of certain clubs who probably persuaded the RFL to go down this route. If I were in charge at Catalan I'd give clubs the cheapest, most inconvenient option available. He seemed shifty when talking about Toulouses IMG grading too

It’s mind blowing that the people entrusted with running this great sport even after all the years of Catalans not just being in SL but being a success have failed to come up with a solution to this issue. Just another example of the RFL putting the onus on someone else other than themselves.
It’s no wonder the sport here is struggling and not taken seriously with such amateurish governance.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Toulouse had to do it during their stint in Super League plus they refused to pay the bond for the Challenge Cup.
So do the UK clubs have to pay for Catalan to come over to the UK for the UK teams home match? I think its frigging ridiculous.
If I were Catalan I would be booking cheap coach travel so the UK side would have to travel by road, and then book a dodgy B&B in an awful part of Perpignan.
