I really want wrench to be great but I just don't see what others seem to, maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand what people think they've seen him do that warrants a starting spot.
In my best Kevin Keegan style, I would love it if we just ditched the body clamping and wrestle tackles, and just go for the legs. They can’t run without their legs and completely removes the head tackle dangers.

In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is King. He looks our only centre that can beat a man with footwork and pace.
I don’t think anyone is of any doubt about his attacking ability, he has pace and agility. But, his defence needs work. We’ve conceded four tries this year, all on our right. Granted, the Abdul try he could do nothing about, and you could argue that Walker’s he was scrambling but never likely to prevent it. But the other two are down to bad reads by him.
Lots of potential though, just needs some support and consistency around him.

Can`t understand why King isn`t playing right centre for us this season?
He played all last season for Wigan on the right and with him playing left centre, we currently have 2 inexperienced 3/4 playing together on our right edge.
It would make more sense to play Wrench as left centre to Ashton who is an established international winger and King playing inside to Thewlis.
Just watched the game again. Lachlan Fitzgibbon looks a really good signing. Some nice touches and heavily involved in King & Harrison tries. Just what we want.
