Leeds have some good players and a better coach would get more out of them. Surely Rohan has had enough time now at the club to at least be showing some signs of serious progress? I’m far from a Leeds fan but it frustrates me watching Leeds thinking it’s Tony Smith coaching us at Rovers again.. Must be in the Smith genes that their teams just don’t seem to be up for a bit of ‘honest’ play.

We aren't. We're a really dumb team. We rely on worldie tries to keep us in games. Poor kicking, static attack, daft errors when we're on the back foot. It's all too familiar. Why on earth is Ruan only coming on after 73 mins?? Smith has 10-12 games to save his job. Looking at the next 5 games, I think we lose 4 of them.
Thought we looked good when Goudemand was on. Lisone tried too hard. First half we were the best team and had some composure. The two sin bins ment when they upped the tempo we went back into 2023 mode. Need miller back. Not sure Holryod and Oledski would have made any difference tonight.

Only saw 2nd half so can't comment on 1st. On a positive the Handley try was a beauty. A few of the youngsters will benefit from game time. Hkr seemed to have the better game plan and wanted it more. Some of the yardage carries from us were terrible whereas they constantly made easy meters. Until that stops we'll loose more than we win.
Lack of discipline and no punch in the forwards - a familiar story. Donno tackle brainless - very lucky not a red . As we all knew from last year , we needed at least one prop , so now we suffer . And the waste of an overseas spot for a winger made of glass , who has been injury prone for 4 consecutive years just adds insult to injury.
Thought Edgell had an exceptional game - Miller could have done a lot worse, had he played
On a night where our pack was second best and playing on a swamp we desperately needed a kicking game. But we were second best in that department too. Worked tremendously hard but we're going to have to under Rohan because we don't score from structured moves near the line, in fact we don't have any. Unfortunately that hard work will see us fatigued or injured. Same old, we'll lose a lot of close games this year.
