With the new regulations regarding quota players, we should be able to pick up a decent 7, and other positions from Nrl reserve grade. The major worry is our attack structure, it's absolutely atrocious, even a decent 7 would struggle in this current situation.
I guess the "money" got spent on the forwards as we knew we needed to strengthen the pack whilst waiting for Clune to make his decision on whether to sign for us

We are in dire need of a player who can direct and marshall the players as there was very little if any direction on show last night. Whilst some will point to the fact we lost Sutty before kick off then Cator early on followed by the yell and red cards we were utterly abject and looked bereft of just about everything and the half situation is concerning. Lets be honest Rovers weren't great last night either but we were abysmal, they could and should easily have put a huge score on us.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Lewis was the main difference, had that bit of class 3 times.
I think we have accepted we have what we have until Trueman gets back.
Id be happy to give Charles or Harman a game this week.
I wouldn't play Charles or Harman with the potential of us missing three of our starting forwards . These kids need a platform to play with and the possible line up next week doesn't fill me with any hope of them carrying out that task . I do get why we should be looking at that situation though !

That's a fair point.
We definitely need to change the pivots, at least Hoy created something yesterday.
