I didn`t have the free time available to watch all the games I was recording, and ended up filling too much of the Digi Box hard-drive with NRL games I hadn`t watched.
In the end I just deleted them all, stopped recording them and eventually didn`t watch the NRL games anymore.
So with all these viewing options how best to play it?
I don't have Sky and am not interested in moving from my current provider.
3 of the 1st 5 Wire matches are on SL+, all 5 on Sky in the first 5 weeks. Looks like - legally at least - a months Now TV subscription at approx £34.99 and 1 days SL+ booked in advance at £6.99.
The other longer term deals seem pretty good, BUT I'll reserve judgment till later in the year as I'm sure there will be some teething problems in the early days.

It's only £120 for the proper high quality SL streaming service, and you get very game on demand, with all but two games live per week. I think that's superb value if you like RL, but work most weekends over the summer when the games are on, like me.

I took Wire tv on when it came out. Still have it, but pretty poor value as I can’t watch the game or even buy a trade paper after a defeat. I’m a sore loser.

Is the service on demand or just streamed live?
I thought it was the latter, but on demand would make it far more attractive to me.
