Or could be his agent trying to get a better offer from Saints, the downside to loyalty is clubs think they can gey away with an average offer.

No point any club showing interest apparently after reading some comments in the HDM as some seem to think they're in the know or believe in their own little world (behind their closed doors) they’re already done deals for both Johnstone & Davies
As you say UllFC his agent could simply be cranking the stove up to cook his client a better deal.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
Definitely sounding like Nu Brown will be with us for just this season with his fiancee having a good job in Australia. You'd imagine the club are already looking for our 2025 half back.

It a weird way a good position, much better than the Clifford situation, club know now and can prepare, he also needs to play well to try and get a NRL deal.
It is now much easier to sign overseas players with the new rules, so signing someone like Hawkins or Volkman is much easier than 6 months ago.
I'd imagine we have 3 quota places to play with, Hoy, Brown and Carlos and probably need 4/5 positions, Centre, halfback, hooker, backrow and possible winger.
Really key we test out Balmforth, as if he is good enough, that saves us recruiting a main hooker.

- Hooker a definite priority unless we some how keep Nu brown - centre cam Scott will get the nod but need a back up. - winger depends on McIntosh form and Martin progression. We would be silly to not sign someone like Tom Davies. - 2nd row definitely the priority - prop, we really need some more depth here as youth not ready. - scrum half, I feel like Tex could make a good half but I’m not sure he’ll work with Nu or Truey. Will definitely need to look for a controlling pivot. - I’d love a ball playing 13 who can actually break a tackle.
I imagine we’ll still make quite a few signings next season and then TS has to deliver

With their situation you would think it would have to be someone who could play the odd game. So it would have to be one of Charles, Harmam or Medforth.
I'd doubt Hull would release Charles the way he has been bigged up. Probably not Harmam, can see it only be Medforth.
Others could be Kemp, Horne or Thompson, all young but highly rated

Apparently its Charles, Harman or medforth. I'd lose Sully out of them all I think
