Love the elevation the new terracing gives the back of the North Stand, but yes the back is an eyesore and the front looks very tired. Naturally it's a result of cost cutting but I would like to see the front terracing re profiled and the back tidying up. Seems the later is on the agenda.

Will the new Stand be open for the Start of 2024 season? I ask because every time a handover date is estimated, it never happens. I saw somewhere on social media the latest handover date was the last week in November. At the last shareholder meeting, JM confirmed there was a penalty clause for a delayed handover, and i did hear from a reliable source it was £10 thousand for each week delay. The official handover was way back in August for the Castleford game, that must be at least 13 weeks ago, £130 thousand owing so far from the developers, A number of planned events in the new hospitality have already been cancelled, and I’ve not heard or seen any evidence that the internal part is completed or anywhere near completion. I wonder if we’ll get a refund on our stand tickets if we’re not satin there for the Bradford game, more compensation from the developers.

The club also posted some photos of the inside area for events and it looked kitted out mostly.
If it’s true about the money for delay then that would go some way to paying for further improvements like the LED boards.
I’m sure it’s just finishing touches and probably signing off on certain things relating to health and safety/fire etc.
It’s not as simple as when it’s finished decoratively and structurally it’s ready to go. There will be a ton of handover documentation relating to health and safety, environmental, statutory inspections, insurance schedules etc for example.

Think you’re being extremely negative to say the least. Delays are not unknown in construction and this one is far from extreme. I’m certain you’re safe for next season by some way.
Reasons for delays can be many fold. It could be safety issues etc. But my guess would be that after Ellis took over he may well have decided to change the odd thing, up certain specs most likely. Hence the delay.
I’m not sure what you mean regarding the inside. There is a full film on the website of the fully fitted restaurant.
