My local team Hampton and Richmond Borough has significantly increased attendances this season. Decent form helps but they have also made an effort to attract more youngsters to games. Another example the Broncos should be looking at.

Lots we can learn from some of the lower league football clubs regarding fan engagement as you say - Dulwich Hamlet, H&RB etc

The only problem is that over the years, Hughes has shown little or no interest in learning from anyone.
