3000 adult season tickets sold at Wakefield
The remaining ones are junior tickets which were free so guarantee they will attend.

It will look better as Bulls travel well compared to say Sheffield who bring less than a 100.

Just as a matter of interest how many fans do you think you are likely to bring for the game?

Apparently our third game is Fev away (Fevs fixtures leaked on their forum) So that's Wakey (A) Fax (H) Fev (A) OUCH!

As a trinity fan it’s a tough league next season with no real gimme fixtures.

I’m pleased it’s Bulls at home first game. It should a cracking opener against two teams expected to be around the top of the table.

I expect there will be some entertainment to make it a grand affair.

I think there will be some tickets available in the new stand for Bulls away fans. I suspect these could go fast though.

Trinity opening two games are Bulls and Fev so it doesn’t get much pre difficult than that.

Again it should be a cracker to open with.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.

My point was the stand will have Trinity bums on seats rather than needing opposition fans to fill it, also nearly 5000 are sold now.
No doubt the Bulls will fill the stadium out better than just about everyone else in the league though.

It's been a while since I went to Belle Vue. I usually stand on the side opposite the main stand. You can get quite close to the action but it's a bit a "worm's eye" view. Have the toilets been done up recently? Last time I went it was reminiscent of that footbath you get at the swimming pool as you leave the changing rooms.

It's a good 1st fixture and will showpiece the championship very nicely.

Talk about living in the past. Wakefield don't need travelling fans to fill there stand with 5,000 season tickets already sold. Secondly, I can assure you that your travelling support will be much smaller than the one we will supply the Championship with. Our away support has always been good, but with the addition of subsidised travel from the club, it will be outstanding if we do as well as we hope we will.

Grounds like Batley, York and Whitehaven to name but three have not been on our visiting list for years, so will add to the interest. I'll be visiting a few, not least because we might actually win at some of them, something we hadn't been doing for a long time in SL.

If we do as well in the Championship as the pundits suggest, this will be a very exciting and enjoyable season for us, which makes a nice change. Of course it could also turn into a disaster, but for now we are living the dream.

Look at the state of them. Their forum is the same they still think they’re a superleague club. Wakefields away support has always been poop and it won’t be any different in the championship.

According to the Wakefield forum they’ll finish top and this game is about putting down a marker that they’re here to win the league against us small championship clubs. Look at your neighbours if you need a lesson that pride comes before a fall. They were going straight up last year too. Few losses and Wakefield’s attendances will be back to normal.

And no they have only done up that one side the rest of the ground is still a death trap though the way they’re going on about it you’d think they’d built Wembley stadium. If they don’t go straight back up we’ll see how long their new kitchen salesman can afford to cover the losses.

So these 1500 children just float in the air do they? They don't actually fill the stands, which was the point. Whether the East stand is filled with paying adults or free kids it's still filled!

This is not official but the latest rounded up figures from a reliable source...

3,600 adult tickets sold.
1,600 Junior passes.
Total 5,200

The split is roughly

3,800 standing (all North stand as far as I'm aware)
1,400 seating (but I don't know how many of the 200 posh seats have been sold, but I suspect they all will be)

So that leaves 800 seats still available. I reckon come January that will be down to 400. I reckon most of those remaining will be taken up on matchdays. Happy times.

Hope that helps.
