Gray was poor at right back, desperately need Spence fit. We looked flat and I feared it might have been a banana skin after international break with players not training plus the injuries.

The goal conceded was so poor. Gray was woeful defensively. Firpo and Summerville (who was tremendous) gave the ball away stupidly. Piroe totally ineffective st 10. Gnonto looked sharp when he came on which was good to see

Think we`ve had a few calls go against us the West Brom hand ball and last night are 2 that spring to mind.
Bamford definitely offside for the Anthony goal.
I know you will all say I have it in for Bamford.
But time and again he misses chances like when he was put through and only had to control the ball for a one on one and of course been caught offside for the no goal last night.
That along with his penalty miss, lack of hold up play and distinct lack of pace is something we cannot afford if we want promotion.
The same goes for Firpo who at one time had pace but now looks to have lost it.
He can`t defend even in this league.
Buy a LB and a 10 and another wide player if Gnonto is to leave in January.
