We are not going to have many in there this year.

Ah, but doing any upgrade of the West terrace in 2024 has the added bonuses of reducing our capacity, and thus maintaining our "utilisation" score, as well as increasing our capacity/fan comfort/facilities, for when the bigger attendances return in 2025.

Fair point, though RFL haven't decided how they are going to deal with utilisation if you close a stand.

I do like Craven Street though I'm not sure there's enough room. But I'm sure he'll make it work.

Please stop picking fights Vastman.
Really no need for it.

You make good points. Just discuss them like the rest of us please.

Your overlong outburst just shows I’ve hit a nerve, You don’t half sound like a certain serial moaner from RW&B at times, surely not! He’s got an obsession/jealousy issue regarding previous owners.

Break your heart if got to know Matt Ellis, might happen

I regret for you that unlike the previous owners who needed a patsy to get over their views or provide additional income from the supporters, Ellis doesn’t. I bet you will be glad that no pigeons could mess on your girder name even without netting.
I am also not on RW&B so sorry not me but I see you have returned to other clubs forums to give them the benefit of your RL knowledge.

I believe they did PT.

An area closed for an actual, tangible, planned and in-progress development reduces capacity.

Merely closing an area of a ground because you don't want to use it/count it, does not.

Perfect. That will help us a lot.

Whatever materialisers in place of the eyesore west stand is going to be a bonus not only to the club but to me n the boss who after what seems like donkeys years in the North stand have picked our seats in the new stand courtesy of commit 6 . Never really bothered me until now ,but I’ll be looking straight at that mishmash of building structures, the sooner he pulls his thumb out and gets it flattened and a side fit for purpose rises up the better .

Were all seats available, I am asking because when the East Stand season ticket was purchased last season you also selected your seat in the new stand.
