The MKMs atmosphere was good in the mid 00s when we were consistently good, its the years of disapointment that have caused gloom in the stands not the stadium.
The Boulevard would have needed extensive work on all four sides of the ground for a 16 - 18000 capacity . Both ends could have been brought forward with new covered standing terracing , Same with the threepenny , Rebuilt like the one at wire . The problem stand would have been the Best stand were there wasn't much room to increase it's size .
