If you want "BIG" boys on the bench they tend to play a few minutes only & as the game opens up later on you do not want big heavy boys defending. We defended badly a few times this year because we were too big/ponderous. When the opposition have the ball who wants big boys with slow feet?

Why aren't we binning off Drinkwater and signing Croft?

Seems we want to be rid of all the Catalan crew. Dudson going to Widnes, we had the talk of Kasiano to Saints which seems to now be dead and Hayes in ahead of Drinkwater so in a nutshell none are wanted. Also I’m hoping the longer it goes we are getting nearer getting out of the Dwyer signing. Need Abe to chuck us a bone.

I think we could do a deal here. He joins us for a year's 'social media rehab' away from the Oz limelight, while we pay off the final year of Drinkwater's contract (so we have space on the quota) and Hayes gets an early chance to cement his place long-term.

I still think Drinkwater will come good if he's played in the right position. He's playing on the wrong side of the field and Williams is still being the man to take charge, which i think is just how he is.
I would like to see Hayes get more game time next year though, as he clearly has the tools to succeed.
