It is rather far fetched to imagine us winning the next 3 and getting to SL, but it isn't laughably ridiculous. We've come a long way so I just hope we don't do the Bradford thing of bowing out with a whimper.

If we win the next two I'd be confident about winning the final but I reckon it's fanciful and we'll be out this weekend.

I think in a strange way, this game is the pressure game. We are at home and we are the highest placed qualifier for this round so you could argue we should be favourites. However we havent beaten York this year so clearly they know how to exploit our weaknesses.
If we manage to get a win on Sunday, expectations will be a lot lower and we will be massive underdogs whoever we face and therefore it's almost a free hit.

For me it's just good to be seeing the side contest these games and have a strong finish to the season after so much inconsistency.
York's pack has had the beating of us in the past and they play a very effective simple game that is almost mistake free. Their service from DH is exemplary so we need to slow that down and disrupt it while staying on the right side of the ref. Their kicking game is varied and accurate so we need those "effort plays" to pressure their kicker on every set. If we do win it'll take a really committed and consistent 80min performance. We don't have the individual flair to win it - we need to produce a real team performance.

If York approach the game with a complacency due to previous wins the Bulls may get a chance to play on, though I don't think Eamon O’Carroll is planning for life in SL next season but for the one in 2025 at the earliest!
The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!
