This is almost certainly Luke Thompson.

However, he's just signed for Wigan so I think it can be put to bed. I'll be interested to see whether he'll be anywhere near as good as he was when he left the UK. I wouldn't say he's exactly lived up to his salary or reputation in his NRL stint.

And yes, I'd say it would definitely have been a very 'Warrington' signing. One that probably would turn out to be a dud for us. Might prosper at Wigan though in a less forgiving environment.
