It's 3 games that can turn things around. It's 3 games that can redefine the season. It's 3 games of knock out Rugby.
Saints. Wigan. Catalan.
Go out there. Play your hearts out. Go out there. You have nothing to lose. Go out there. Who knows what will happen.
Yes. I'm under no illusions that this is a stupid post. Yes. I'm under no illusions that this is the most outside chance of victory ever. And yes. I'm under no illusions what our potential path is to the grand final and how formidable our opponents are.
But......
Stranger things have happened.

Seems an awful lot of effort just to make sure Vaughan is able to play in the first game of next season.
Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.
In the build up we'll get all these Churchillian speeches and hype that we are going to beat "the bottlers" from Saints.
Then after the game there will be loads of posts analysing why we are permanent also rans.
The reasons which will be discussed will include:
1) We spend too much money on overrated overpaid pension hunters from Australia and if we'd spent that money on the Academy we'd have the best Academy in the game.
2) We're "too nice". We need some players who have that "grub" in them.
3) We have a "jobs for the boys" culture on the coaching staff. If you used to play for the club or you have some other contact, you get a job. [Then with no sense of irony you will get someone saying we should bring Michael Monaghan or Matt King into the coaching staff]
4) In amongst all the poop being dumped on Karl Fitzpatrick, someone will bring up whizzy rascal.
5) If we had played Riley Dean as starting halfback from week 1, instead of farming him out on loan, we would have had a more successful season.
6) Some woke hippy will say "you guys are all too serious, most teams would love to be in our position, how many teams apart from Wigan, Saints and Leeds have won as much as us"
Tune in to this forum in a week's time for full discussion of these issues.

(Although I do think Saturday will be the tightest and toughest of all the knockout wins)
You couldn't beat Saints when we had half a team missing earlier in the season or when we had four props missing the other week what makes you think you can on Saturday?

The 3 previous play-off semi wins, cup QF win and cup final win and the fact you’ve not beaten us in a knockout game for a LONG time….that’s what,
I’m sure you’ll be fair minded and lovely whatever the result.
