It's gonna be flying over Lancashire next week.
Wigan away at Leigh (Leigh need to win for a home game against Rovers) I expect Rovers to do Wakefield.
Catalans away at Salford (Salford's fate may already be decided by then, unless Warrington get beat the night before and if so then Salford need to win)
cant knock rovers average attendance, but lets be truthful, unlike us who could and probably would hit 5 figure attendances quite easily if we were half decent, near 9000 is all they will ever get!
and yes i'm quite aware we count all pass sales, like all teams do, regardless if the fans turn up or not!

If I could post my video of the crowd at kick off today then I would. I was at your game today and have been to many others this season to know this.
Our average is 8700, and that’s all real people.
On Saturday afternoons you go to our games to film the crowd?

What do you mean no, you said you went on Saturday and filmed the crowd.

Just putting to one side for a minute the actual real numbers of who turned up for which game, where and when!
I know that one of the criticisms of our stadium is that it can, on occasion, be a touch soulless as we all sit in stunned disbelief at another horror show unfolding in front of us!
But watching rovers game on Saturday evening I was struck by, when the game was in the balance (6 - 0 for a long period) and rovers were under the cosh a little bit, just how quiet it was. Bearing in mind that we are always being lectured by the other side about their 'rocking atmosphere', you could hear a pin drop at times, I think I heard someone applying ketchup to their burger over at the Hull Fair outpost at one point!
I kept thinking my tv set had put itself into mute mode so deafening was the silence! I was under the impression that all rovers games were a re-enactment of a Liverpool European night from back in the 1970s! My telly must be on the blink I guess!!
I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
