Am I getting the sneaky feeling that you don’t rate Rohan Smith much Tad…?

I know you have the opposite view jim but j just think he is not good enough. I've met him a few times, his son and my grandsons are in the same class, and to be fair he uis likeable. but I just don't see him.imoroving in any way next season.

Well it's been a really dark couple of weeks for the club can't wait for this season to just end. Not even going to comment on yesterday's performance can't add anything to what everyone has pretty much already said. I will wish Leon Ruan a speedy recovery because young kids like him who probably care about the club and want to prove themselves when playing for us is going to be key in getting us out of this rut we are in because our so called senior players haven't held themselves accountable this season for far too many lack luster performances and haven't done for a few seasons now. 1 more game to go and I genuinely couldn't care less about the result as long as we don't get whopped and nilled by a Castleford side who have just avoided Relegation, but you can see it now Blake Austin will either have a world class game and score a hatrick or if its a close game he'll kick the match winning drop goal in golden point heard it here first.

I said a few months ago he has 10 games to turn it round next season.
If he doesn`t who do we bring in and do we have to wait another 2 seasons to get that persons squad together?
His get out of jail at the moment is the number of players who have left the club and the number of injuries we have.
The downside to his tenure is the players he`s brought in are championship standard with the exception of Lisone who might be good with a couple of decent blockbusting props by his side and McDonnell who I have as player of the season.
And there appears to be no structure and no desire to play for the coach.
And can Hetherington ask JJB to decide if he wants to be a pundit on Sky or a Director at Leeds?
Personally I wouldn`t have him doing either.

In full agreement with this.

What happened to his diversity role? Is he still doing that while 'directing'? Within the last 18 months that's three or more different roles he's been involved in at the club. It gives the impression that they don't really know what his strengths are.

His monotonous comments on Sky are getting pretty tiresome. As someone close to the Leeds club he should at least be able to offer more interesting insights into what is going on (without necessarily leaking anything sensitive).

I thought they had given him a seat on the Board of Directors heading up the Diversity stuff?
Pretty much the same but it sounds more important
Might be wrong

He wasn’t great in D a couple of times but then he often isn’t.

Is he really a team player or is he a show boater who causes disruption? Answers on a post card.

Answers on a postcard ffs didn't you watch the game they got their ar@%s handed to them all Newman is the least of the problems a decent man would hold his hand up and say I put this team out today and they followed up the weeks training plan I put together! I'm standing down as I'm incapable of altering my philosophy of how "I" think the team should play.

He's the Director of Diversity. Fine. But imo he cannot continue with that role, or any on the Board, while ever he is working for Sky or anyone in any sort of punditry capacity. The two don't mix. He needs to choose, or be made to choose. I can't believe that conversation hasn't been had.

Agree.
Was Jon Wells Director of Rugby at Cas before stepping down to take up his role with Sky?
Or did the two roles overlap at any time?
