Congratulations on the win today and I thought all your players from 1-17 had a very good game. Unfortunately getting nilled at home and losing by 50 points is nothing more than embarrassing. Sadly our team has lacked any cohesion for most of the season and I wouldn't get too excited using us as a barometer to your GF aspirations. Don`t get me wrong you are the form team and look favourites to win the GF this year and are playing some very good rugby. But we are absolutely shocking with no direction on or off the field it seems.
It was a very good performance from 1 - 17 for us. It’s almost unfair to single players out but I thought KPP was a stand out. It’s great to have a proper centre again.
The stick given to Newman was most entertaining, when he eventually grows up and leaves the petulance behind he’ll come back to haunt us but for now it was hilarious.
I know it was quite a young Leeds side but that was quality yesterday. To beat any Leeds side at headingley is a good result, but to put 50 on them and nil them comfortably in those conditions is outstanding. Shame about Byrne as he was on course for another blinder of a game, wouldn’t risk him next week and bring Shorrocks/Hill in. Every player was a 9/10 at least, Wardle MOTM but Ellis and Smithies were dominant in the middle. I know the game was over at that point but O’Neill didn’t look out of place at Loose Forward when he came back on. Our depth is unmatched.
Outstanding display. Another accomplished display from Harry Smith who is fast becoming the best 7 in the comp. Put him behind a dominant pack, as he's had recently, and there is no better at controlling a game. His in-game kicking is simply top draw. No complaints with Wardle as MOM but I thought Harry ran him close.
Every player put in a 9/10 performance. Much has been made of Leeds being poor but we'd have beaten far better opposition with a performance like that.
Never expected a big winning margin, to get 50 gets rid of the need to chase a big score against Cas . Disappointed to hear Byrne was injured good to see Nsemba hitting and breaking the line, so much potential.

The amount of defenders Nsemba is attracting is such a weapon for us. He’s a pain to bring down and we can play on the back of it. The balance of the starting side and bench looks really good at the minute.

I was in a corporate box for this game and before ko Jamie Peacock came in chatting to us. He said "Wigans pack is soft and we will bully them" . Obviously didnt watch the Catalan game

I always find it really strange that ex players will say things in situations like those, that they would never say on TV. He’s working in the game and I’m sure will have at least heard how Wigan got on at Catalans, in a physically dominant performance, so it then looks nothing more than a comment to get a few cheers.
