Well that's certainly a take. Are you basing this on one missed tackle? He's largely been our most consistent performer, even when we threw away half the table. Its only really recently he's been off the boil, but then you need to remember the poor sod is playing outside Peter Matautia. Who IS championship level.

Add -Ratchford looks spent now, curry is a liability in defence, not been impressed with drinkwater this year and i dont think nicholson is there yet to get so many starting spots.
The best way to predict the future is to create it...

Ratchford is spent. His kicking really is the only thing worth banking on now. He's been a good servant and is in for the cause but he's 3 years past his sell by date at least. Currie can be so solid but he just has never had the concentration for 80 minutes, his defence is actually generally good but there is always at least once per game where he lets someone waltz right past him. Drinkwater is anonymous (though today I thought he did pretty well defensively), and agreed on Nicholson, potential but far off a finished article.
Hmm, I think perhaps you had to be at the game to get a sense of how hot and (importantly) humid it was. The ball was always going to be extremely slippery. We made a few daft errors but I thought we were unlucky not to get a draw at least.
The decision to give a knock-on against Thewlis when he had been held down by Brierley was absolutely shocking.
Commiserations to Salford for having to go that ground every fortnight; absolute booty end of nowhere.
