Smith needs to give them a rocket up their backsides at half time.

Sounds again like the halves in Hoy & Lovodua are doing very little of note and we are just being sloppy as usual.
Don’t understand the continuation of playing Lovodua in the halves when even under Hodgson it’s never worked or looked like it ever will yet even Smith still persists with it :WALL:
If Balmforth can’t get a game ahead of him or Dwyer with nothing to play for other than pride then I wonder if he has a future at Hull.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Lovodua is one of our worst quota signings ever, not good at any particular aspect of the game, baffling that he's still starting

We're playing with no half backs and the smallest pack in Super League so we shouldn't be surprised at the scoreline.

Against a team that by and large have been worse than us this season and have a depleted side out themselves.

There is very little to excuse it to be honest.

Lovadua had such a bright start for us but just became a pedestrian after a few weeks. Disappointing.

Balmforth just scored for Thunder playing at 6. Maybe we will recall him when they get relegated in 40 minutes time.

Tbf they've got something riding on this game. We don't, and we know what happens then. This lot down tools.

I genuinely don’t give two proverbial steaming excrements what happens in the second half.

After another false dawn I'm satisfied we are bottom feeders.

If I hear “in Tony we trust” one more time I will be violently sick. Trust is an earned privilege, it’s generated. I have seen nothing this season that suggests an upward trajectory and that includes recruitment.

It’s not that I don’t trust Tony, but we have systemic problems, be it finance, culture or both.

I also don’t swallow a “multi year” rebuild. Leigh and Salford have proven that one off-season can bare fruit. Perhaps they “punch above their weight”

But that’s the hall mark of something good.

We punch below our weight. We’ve not had injuries or absences that are significantly worse then others, yet here we wallow, again.

Agree, im giving it one more go as a passholder next year but after that im picking and choosing games, if the team keep working part time shifts ill be a part time fan.
