Walker is a right signing IMO. Gives us so much flexibility/balance around our pivots and he’ll be unreal on the back of Ese’ese and pele.

Litten likely number 2 with tex at 6.

This signing has changed my thinking a lot. I’d go for a 9 that can play 7 now and trust a tex & Truey half pairing.

I don't mind that as a halves pairing with a creative 9 coming in, but the injuries concern me.

Would have been a really good signing, can play 6 too.

If we can get an overseas 7, another backrower and Morgan Smith, I'd be pretty happy with our recruitment.

Injuries are a worry, but we have decent medical staff at the club now.

A decent addition to the squad as he is a good player, we all know the only issue is around his injury record, but if on the field he is a very good FB.

As you say Dave should put to bed the last quota spot being used on a FB, so its either going to be used on a specialist 9 or 7, a back rower or a player that can play equally well at 9 or 7.

Still get the feeling the club have one eye on Clifford returning at some stage and are covering their bases.

I can see the club going for a utility 7/9. Gives us options going forward, and doesn’t close the door on Clifford.
