Am sorry but today Fash Lane Cator Brown are all lightweight. Teams are just running over us. Maybe it's me but still not seeing what all the fuss is about with Scott. Roll on next year. At least am getting a tan

To be fair you’d expect Satae to have had a big game against the side Leeds put out today but he was pretty poor, actually thought Brown had a good game and made some metres.

Lane just another game were he’s failed to perform this season, Lovodua another who was just a body out there as offered sod all going forward or in defence but they weren’t had only ones. The number of missed tackles was pathetic along our end of sets, don’t think we know how to sustain pressure at all. Line speed again has gone awol and no intensity.

May as well use the remain games to give the young players game time as certainly won’t don’t any worse than some of those on the pitch today.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Agree thought.

Dywer though, been absolutely awful last two games, came on for 12 minutes didn't he today, what's the point, have Balmforth on the bench, give him the 12 minutes.
.Just doesn't make sense.

Lane, Shaul, Lovodua, got to be better playing the some of the kids.

Smith isn't my concern. It's his first year. First year to see what needs doing. Second year to make improvements. Third year to reach potential. He still has a couple of years credit with me.

You can keep calling Radford all you like but he put trophies in the cabinet and made us one of the top teams in the land. If Smith can match his success then I'll be happy.

No relegation in the traditional sense next year or moving forwards. As long as you stay in the MKM, your top flight status is pretty much secure, irrespective of results on the pitch. Unless and until they change the system again.

There’s still a part of me that expects a tah-dah reveal in among your remaining new signing announcements. But it feels increasingly likely to me that Hull are taking the opportunity afforded by the existential threat of relegation being removed to adopt a financially prudent approach. Paying off some of the debt from the COVID pandemic etc.

If they are going to be going with ‘patience’, they need to be really careful with the comms around that. Rovers were much too open about it in 2012 and again in 2016. But, equally, it looks ridiculous to say the opposite. That may explain Pearson’s low profile and Smith’s studious ambiguity in interviews.

'Thus I am tormented by my curiosity and humbled by my ignorance.' from History of an Old Bramin, The New York Mirror (A Weekly Journal Devoted to Literature and the Fine Arts), February 16th 1833.

Think he will need two more years.

For me yes Radford brought 2 cup wins but that just papers over the damage done during his tenure.

Maybe the club didn’t have the ambition Radford had? Maybe the club doesn't have the pulling power to bring in the best players. Maybe that's down to location, maybe not. But he had to keep on the likes of Ellis and Mini well past their prime, he even had to pull Ellis back out of retirement because he didn’t have the best tools provided for him to work with.

He also had to conted with a nutcase in Liam Watts who couldn't controll his discipline after many chances and then lost his star man in Albert Kelly to a terrible concussion injury.

Yep he played well. For me he offers more than Fash and should be ahead of him for selection next season.
