Currently with half a pack missing and a few centres missing we are have actally gone from 7th place to joint 2nd place.
Not sure if the Catalans are going to be top dog for a few seasons maybe this season a grand final appearance but it looks as though the Wigoon side could challenge they have recruited well for next season whilst Catalan are losing pivotal players.
Wigan,Leigh,Catalan will and have (CC) challenged Stains this season,as for next season we will wait and see who will challenge Stains.

So please tell me how I am a troll for stating the fact that rugby union is a sport that is ran better than rugby league. Just because you don’t like what I am saying doesn’t make me a troll when all I am saying is fact. How much is rugby unions TV deal? I actually have no idea but at a guess I would say it’s at least 5 times that of rugby league in this country. Why is that? Because more people enjoy rugby union over rugby league. I enjoy both. They both have their pros and cons

You're not a troll for saying that specifically as it's probably a genuine opinion. You're a troll because you're posing as a league fan instead of posting as the union fan you actually are. It's simple really. Stop the pretence, stop the ridiculous comments and speak with a genuine voice and maybe...just maybe.. you'll get some respect. Stranger things have happened after all.

If RU is ran better and get 5 times more income than RL how come some of their teams have folded or in dire financial problems.

No, you just think I’m a troll because i say things you don’t like even though they are true. Rugby league in this country is on life support and that’s a fact. Whilst rugby union isn’t. 80000 people turned up for a friendly not involving England. Could you imagine a friendly between NZ and Fiji in this country at rugby league ? 3k tops.
I want the same for rugby league but unfortunately a number of clubs (Wigan not being one) have ruined it for everyone else.
The MRP are doing their bit. Just the 11 citings for Saints this week, including Sam Royle being cited for, I kid you not, slowing the play the ball down. Despite ruminating over the weekend they were unable to find a rule they could fit this in as a ban. But at least they managed to sneak in an imaginary charge for Joe Batchelor so he becomes bannable if he does anything...
Meanwhile Liam Bryne does the same tackle Matty Lees copped a ban for and doesn't even get charged and Sam Tomkins gets away with kneeing the tackler because he's Sam Tomkins. The MRP are moving to a lair next season rather than an office.

No, I think you're a troll because you're a troll. More specifically you're a Union troll. Why do you persist with the pretence otherwise when you know it and we all know it? There's literally no point.

I think being cited 11 times and not getting a ban is a win dont you. If Wigan was cited the same amount and not getting a pIayer banned I would be happy and Kaid would be playing this week. I do agree with you about Sam.

Can you not answer the question of RU getting 5 times the amount of revenue but having teams fold and some teams still struggling, all is not rosie in the garden of the RU. 80,000 turned up why, I dont know,Lemmings spring to mind ! Hell of a lot of freebies I suspect.

The problem is the amount of nit picking by the disciplinary, the game was a relatively quiet affair in terms of agressive physicality compared to other games this weekend but somehow they have managed to accrue 11 citings (Saints) 5 citings (Cas) completely OTT by the disciplinary.
The citing of Royle for a 3 second laying on was a professional foul, I don't ever recall the disciplinary ever creating a selective citing before for something like that. If that becomes the norm then maybe the next thing will be citing someone for offside.
The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.
