Not much to shout about hobbling past a cr@p Hull team but least we didn't leak 20+ points as is the norm.

Listened to the game, still plenty to work on but defence sounded really solid.

Well done Wire, let's hope we tweak it a bit for next week and win by a big margin, looks like points difference could be crucial.

To quote the radio "excellent goal line D by Warrington"

Needed that. Not great but absolutely desperate for the win. Hard earned too. Another winnable one next week, need to use this as a springboard now and build some confidence and momentum

Hang on a minute Hull pushed Wigan all the way last week (the same Wigan that just hammered top of the league Catalans.).A bit of credit where it is due wouldn’t hurt.

Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

Really pleased.
A win is a win - no matter that there are many areas to work on.
It'll do the teams' confidence the world of good.
One result can change the dynamic and it's what we desperately needed.

I did say odds of 20/1 against Wire are too big.

Good result today and that what really mattered, thought we might get it today with the players Hull had out but still have to perform and that's been lacking so happy.

I was surprised that Swift had the beating of Thewlis for his try and know how difficult it is to chase back but just surprised me a little.
Good display from Dufty and we saw Williams when a pack is dominant at his best, some good defence and hopefully the confidence will help us in the run in and help us lower our error count.
Our next year's back up Hooker (Dwyer) trying to use his one trick worries me a little of what depth he will bring.
Also super happy they didn't have Josh Griffin in the team today that Magic Weekend still smarts.
So onward for Castleford next.
