We will see, its all depending on if we do indeed bring in 2 halves. I cant see it, think we will bring in one and have Myler Sinfield and likely Gannon playing half at sone point;

Reading that article, there's nothing to suggest Myler will be our first choice 6 or 7, but rather that he will likely get a chance as cover in the halves.

Myler in the halves alongside a dominant half back would be fine. We've been guilty for too long of trying to make Myler something he isn't, but he's also not a bad player and paired with the right half back partner would be an ok option in the short term.
Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.
We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.

My big issue with Myler in the halves is that his kicking game, be it long, short, or high is average to poor. I've never see a player fail to find touch from penalty kicks as much as him. So if another half gets injured we are crippled in the field kicking department, perhaps the most important part of the game.

His consistent kicking out on the full nearly got us relegated about 4/5 years ago. I recall him once doing it 3 times in one game.

Myler+ Sinfield fighting for the second HB spot or back up would be OK.if we have a top class 7 that can kick us around the park and make the big calls/ leadership etc.
An average 6 with Myler at 7 just won't work well enough to get us into top 4/6.

I could handle Croft + Myler for a year if it meant that Croft does 3 years with NRL clause at the end of year 2. We could then work Sinfield in over the course of 2 years and replace Myler after 2024.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

I agree MjM Myler's best stint in the half back role was when he played alongside Lee Briers at Warrington
