So the club have leapt to announce Herman but still nothing on Pele. Is it a done deal?

Alick will do for me
Happy with that if we can find a decent half back
Would rather look in the UK for a nine and another second row
Think Grix will have identified a couple of players if not already signed

Not past his retirement age, not recovering from a serious injury, doesn't have a criminal record which could jeopardise his visa application.
Welcome to FC Herman
Should go well.

Dan Tomlinson has said Pele has been signed, sealed and delivered but yes I thought he would have been announced first.
Maybe Herman is more of a higher profile statement of intent signing.

Just a feeling I got at the time. Doesn’t he usually stay on when Parcell comes on? This time he came off never to return I believe?
Also, he’s usually one of the first to celebrate a mistake by the opposition but not sure he did on Saturday.
As I say I could be totally wrong just the impression I got.

We haven't even played a game but it's been a very enjoyable few days for Hull fans.

See Rovers are about to sign Tyrone May (decent signing) but that should get things moving with their halfbacks, as they now have 4 (Milnes, Lewis and Abdul). Cant see Lewis playing FB, with Hiku, Walker and Evalds, so you have to wonder which one will make way, Milnes rumoured to be off to Leeds though. Conforms Schneider won't be there next season either,
