Rumours are starting to circulate on redvee that we have signed Tom Davies from Catalans... They do have a good strike rate for rumours on that site so you never know

Not the first time they have posted on there about our recruitment, always seem to know more about us than we do
There are people there suspecting the demise of dufty in amongst this which would make sense as ratchford can then fill in for injuries Including full back ... Would benefit then from one quality centre signing ... Wouldn't mind the back of Drinkwater either if he's not prepared to step up his efforts

quality centre needed, a prop/traffic cone to replace Dudson, Dufty and Drinkwater to shape up or ship out….the former looking gone, Ratchford to spend his final season as a utility player from the bench (at best), Matautia to retire, Davies in, Thewlis FB.

Tom’s got a contract with Catalans until at least the end of 2024 so I am not sure how much truth there is in that rumour. If true he would be a good signing.

I don’t know what anyone sees in Dufty and Drinkwater. Thewlis is a far better FB and Williams needs a better halfback partner.
Dufty does offer something in attack ... His willingness to put his body on the line in defence is questionable.... Drinkwater has ability but he's appears not interested enough and you can see by his trips around clubs that effort and commitment is in short supply as he doesn't appear to show any ambition on the field to succeed beyond just getting paid
