Snowball fight chance in hell springs to mind, besides I'm a starving pensioner. How's your scooter going ? I've got one now, see you outside Wilkos with the rest of us physical wrecks

That's Marg's chariot Dave ,she's a 1% er now ,scream if you want to go faster. I don't think i will bother with season ticket next season ,my eyesight is going worse & i can really only see through one eye now. This appointment will certainly add to the Wire roller coaster though.
No one in particular. I’m not in an administrative role at a SL club, and so don’t have those type of contacts, so can’t put together a shortlist. I can guarantee there are good choices available. Saints keep finding them, though admittedly their context is different.

Are the ones that saints keep finding nrl assistants that are yet to win anything? Same as Maguire when Wigan appointed him.
'I've done things i'm not proud of. And the things i am proud of,.......well they're disgusting'

Can you really? One that isn't just as much of a punt as Sam? Don't buy into the drivel coming out of Redvee and co at the moment - nothing they love more than trying to wind us up. They can't read the future any more than we can.

As you say - not the same context - easier to attract people when you're going for a fifth title in a row. Not so easy when you're picking yourself up from the mess left by Powell.
I genuinely cannot think of a more exciting option at the moment. Nothing fills me with despair more than when I see names like Kear or Rowley bandied round - imo that would be accepting mediocrity.
Most of the noise coming from down under sees this as a great move by us. I'm more inclined to go with that than the slightly more partisan offerings from the brains trust that is the St Helens supporters forum.

Not everyone is mocking the idea. It's a huge risk for Warrington, of course it is, but it's also got a very high ceiling. If it works, it could be spectacular. I think if it does, it'll be short lived and he'll be off to get an NRL job, but the key thing for Warrington is harnessing his mentality and determination and embedding it into the club, so he can leave and the success can continue.
I can't wait to see what he does with some of your players. He's not going to accept Matt Dufty's attitude for one and if this Charnley/Maguire divide everyone talks about is real, I think he'll find that laughable too.

Don't under estimate the power of Gary Chambers when laying the foundations for Sam Burgess's start. You're commenting under the assumption that Dufty will still be at the club, despite being contracted until the end of 2024.

Good news that Abe.
Thanks.
Now need to sign a decent winger and move Thewlis to fullback.

Not sure where this stuff about Dufty and attitude comes from?
He’s a rocks and diamonds player. Not because he’s got a bad attitude but because he has some great positives and terrible negatives. He also suffers when the confidence of the team drops. Some players do. That’s jus the way it is, though, and we signed him knowing this. Not his fault we aren’t good enough to hide his frailties.
I don’t see any bad stink of an attitude in there at all, unless you rely on Phil Clarke for all your rumours.
