The Knowles try was the right decision. He is about to pass it to the right, Salford player bundles through his arms and propels the ball towards his own line. Matty Lees reacts first and dives on it to score. That would likely have been given even if a video ref was about. The only dodgy bit of refereeing was potentially Ritson's foot being in touch, but it's incredibly close, so he could have been in. Salford got away with plenty themselves, but I agree the obstruction one was also the right call.
I see Salford's crying about the officials has got them a free pass from Cullen and his corrupt cronies. Two horrendous high shots, including a blatant shoulder to the head of Mark Percival and they walk away scot-free, likelly to prevent Rowley having another tantrum. James Bell gets a ban though, for a slight bump one millionth of a second after the ball had gone. Bizarre stuff again and blatantly demonstrates the different treatment of incidents based on the team the player is from (If it's St Helens). The sooner everyone on that rancid, corrupt, dirty committee is sacked the better.

It's widely accepted that trophies won against manual labourers, painters and decorators and school teachers in the pre-professional era don't count. The ones Leeds won in that era do as they didn't go bust doing it at least. Are they not way behind Saints on titles won anyway? We don't need to include Mickey Mouse things like the Wetherby Whaler, BBC Yorkshire Candlelit Trophy or Challenge Cup.
Tell your mate on here to stop keep throwing it back in the ring then.

Don’t agree with that. Miami heat, New England patriots and Georgia Tech are greater sporting entities. I’ve seen all 3 plus st Helen’s live and Georgia tech is easily the best game day experience

Saints playing the victim mentality is laughable. Try supporting an unsuccessful team and then you'll see the level of refereeing decisions you get against you. Our last 3 home games has been a perfect example of the state of officiating in the game. It's inept.
Top of the IMG agenda should be getting officials on board that are fit for purpose (and using technology at every game). The current bunch just aren't up to it.

You need to look elsewhere for excuses, your last 3 games have been horrendous for missed tackles and your clean breaks stats are really poor. Brodie Croft seems to drift in and out of the game for long spells his game on Sunday was completely invisible and ineffective in the second half.
Discipline was also shocking should get a rename to Salford Headhunters.
The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.
