Like you and most on here i have never seen him play a full game so you cant be negative.
A big front row to replace Satae was needed and this lad also seems to have a bit of pace for such a big unit so lets see what he does on the field first before we all get too excited given his age and experience.
What we do need however from a front row is more than ten minute cameo appearances and if he comes for full pre season the club have time to get some fitness into him

Bloke is a puzzler for me, don’t get me wrong I’m happy that he’s coming - if indeed he is , but cannot for the life of me understand what Wests are doing, unless Luke Brooks’ new contract means they’ll need cap space and I’m equally surprised someone like Canberra haven’t made a bid. Elliot Whitehead is a great player but getting on a bit now and I’d have thought a Blore would have been ideal in their pack playing behind their big props . Pele is a big lad and looks like the type who could pipe on the pounds if he doesn’t get a good off season so I’d think we’re all over that , but when I’ve seen him , he does look like a genuine wrecking ball with a good off load . As long as we haven’t taken his team mate Wakeham as our half that’s been good business done thus far. If Bentley does come , we will have a pack with some genuine aggression and that will take some shifting . People have mentioned Flannigan as the other option, personally I’m not sure he would be the answer , but Smith knows his onions so we’d have to see but I cannot see him handling the pressure and expectation of filling Clifford’s boots , he looked great at the Roosters but has gone rapidly downhill since .
