Basically if a player wants out he's gone and I can see this becoming the norm in future.

As far as the NRL are concerned SL is a development competition.

It seems to be a worrying trend with younger oversees players and further highlights the importance of a great academy set up.

Just a 9 and a 7 now....

Thats a definite upgrade for me, if they both come. Pele has all the size and speed to be a readymade foil for Sao and a great replacement for Satae. Blore will be different class to what we've had in the back row, including Andre and Griffin. I honestly cannot understand why Wests are letting him go, really strange that one.Thats about 36 stone added to our packweight for next year. Things are looking up if thats the quality we are recruiting.

He's a good player but we shouldn't be dreaming of him he should be dreaming for us He's only played for salford Toronto and London!

Proper goon you.

Name a non quota hooker who would be a better signing than ackers. Oh wait, you can’t. We could sign harry smith and you’d argue he wouldn’t get in cas’ side over Mcshane

Every part of the sport is massively ahead of our standard, from the youth and reserve set up to the pro game. They’re miles ahead in every aspect. Which is why we get players up and coming who want to eventually go back, or players past their best. That’s just the reality of it.

Still think Robb could be a very good player and perhaps needs a move? I'd be happy with him if he'd come across from Cas.

Like I said cherry Evans is now a "origin star" was no where near it when thurston and cronk was around

That’s one game and one very special team in Saints. I would have thought they would have been the only SL team to go and beat them, they rest could only dream. And probably couldn’t repeat it now. The whole sport is miles ahead.

Absolutely agree that's why we are investing heavily in our youth. All successful clubs have made this a priority.

He's a great player

My point was we should be signing players of that class not dreaming

We're far and away bigger than Salford and london

But Australia doesn't have premiership football in their country taking up 99% of sport coverage

Nrl to says its one of the "bigger" sports over there should be bigger penrith v melbourne today wasn't full and ground only holds around 20k
