Hull fans know what a Wembly visit can do to a teams season, im hoping we'll get the win and the confidence will push us to a great seasons end too, but we've seen many teams fall off a cliff afterwards so who knows, Plenty of twists as you say, Warrington??? God only knows what they'll do, Saints have those injuries you mention, then there's Leeds, who'll obviously be in the mix too. Your points difference probably means you need an extra win too when you think about it so it'll defo be tough.
Well you can certainly add Leeds in to the mix with the news that Austin looks likely to be heading to Cas imminently and they are likely to be without Myler for the rest of the season.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

So for me we may well lose this one unless we start fast and keep our foot on the gas. And we are not too good at that at present!
Its quite clear we dont expect to be top6 as unlike last year we havent looked to make any loan signings despite having a quota spot available.
I think Wakefield's new stand will get them a franchise ahead of Cas and Fev, its not just a few new seats but also meets the disabled access standards, has corporate lounges etc and they have a new pitch and floodlights which means lots of ticks in the facilities box.

Not sure that’s the reason we haven’t made any loan signings think that more to do with Smith. He’s been quite open that if the right player was available and would be a player they see for 2024 onwards they’d have brought someone in but he wasn’t bringing anyone in just for the sake of it for this season.
Whether we think that’s a good or bad thing at least it shows there’s a plan in terms of the recruitment and they aren’t going to panic or deviate from it.

If there was a plan then they wouldnt have been looking to bring in any loan signings. The fact that they were looking shows intent More to do with money or lack of money not knowing what thet will get from the new TV deal
