He didn't seem to get a lot of cover under the high kicks, felt like there always at least 2 or 3 Huddersfield players pressuring him.
Poor performance, if the club have some signings it might be a good idea to announce one or two next week to cheer us up again as 2023 is unfortunately over
Very flat and nervy performance. As with this playing group over previous seasons it’s between their ears that needs sorting out. As an aside though , sky really pee me off. Yes it was poor quality game but post match all they talk about is Huddersfield

Hes alot to learn, Smith will know that.
Its a perfect example of why you shouldnt always throw youngsters in for the sake of it. Tonight we had no choice, im surehe will have more good then bad, positional play comes with experience.

Tindall and Ashworth won't cheer me up. Quite the opposite.

Whilst I dont think it was the reason we lost, Huddersfield seemed to have lightning quick line speed all night. They were numurous occassions they where clearly offside.

How Peat didn't give a set restart again basically every tackle he was in, I have no idea! Also, Mcintosh wasn't tackled after that break, poor call from the officials
Our build needs to start with the pack. If your pack isn't good enough you win nowt. We need 2 props a hooker and a second rower minimum. Smith IMO will know this and we have to trust him. We all knew it wasn't an easy fix.
once a black and white always a black and white COYH

The officials were as bad as both teams for me.
As I said earlier a shocking advert for Super League and really showed how poor the standard is this season.
Poor performance tonight but I thought Hudds deserved to win. We can play better as we’ve seen recently but my expectations aren’t particularly high given our current squad.
Some real brain farts on the pitch tonight as we seemed to lack leadership and direction. Hopefully we pull something special out the bag to make the playoffs
