Wonder how many tickets we get allocated? Would be good to take a large following down and as a bonus getting to watch a couple of different teams in the curtain raiser before the main event will hopefully encourage a few more to go that maybe would not have if we had the usual suspects in the final.

So because of the soon to be scrapped via play we host Fev at home on the Monday night and then 5 days later on the Saturday Batley at Wembley. Grix will just say it is what it is taking one game at a time and anything can happen in terms of results. With Eagles this week we’ll need all our squad for a crucial defining phase of the season.

Hopefully there is some way they can change that Fev game, its an awful game to have before Wembley with the short turnaround but at least Batley should in theory at least have a tough game against Bradford and won't be able to rest players either.

I saw somewhere an initial 2000 but would expect 8/10000 at least.
At the risk of upsetting punters on here why not enquire of the RFL if we can bring in a few DR for the Fev game. Say about 14 , a nice round number! Some fringe and cup-tied players to make up the squad. That would give the team a week off.

Great idea-what you say Huddshay....there's a time and a place for everything...
I’ve just been thinking what a great achievement it is for Leigh, HKR and Batley to be going Wembley and then realised Fax are well. I know it’s not the Challenge Cup for Fax but when the draw was made away at Fev although I felt we had chance I thought it was a slim one and that was it in the cup comps for another year so to be there at all is as great for us as it is for the others to win it would be fantastic all things considered after the year we’re having.

You’re right, I apologise. It was on BBC Red Button and the BBC Sports web site.
