Nice of them to tell us, otherwise we could have been disqualified just like before when a cup tie was postponed and had to be surrendered to Batley. I was just yards away from the Shay when I found out it was cancelled!
Don't speak too soon. Last time we won in London they took the two points off us! Lol!

Adam O Brien played for Huddersfield against Salford as well in an earlier round so surely he's cup tied? Hope the club are reading this as we might get disqualified even if we win!

On a technicality AOB was the challenge cup rather than 1895 as his team was not eligable for that comp where as Fleming and Crooks were both certainly classed as 1895 cup games which makes the RFL ruling baffling.

Thought with the 1895 being a spin off from the CC the same rules might apply. AOB has had a chance to get to Wembley with 2 different clubs.
Good point about Fleming. Very good point. He was definitely on the bench for fev when we played them. Better not pick him just in case!

The club have mentioned on FB that it only applies to those who played in the 5th round of the challenge cup which was classed as the QF's of the 1895 cup. We beat Fev in the 3rd round so that explains Fleming being available. Keighley got to the 5th round losing to Batley, hence why Crooks can't play. The odd one is AO'B - he played in the 6th round, but this is the first round the SL teams came in. I am guessing the ruling is that he has not played for a team that qualifies for the 1895 cup - but who knows?

According to Facebook after his MOM performance last week Tom Inman has been left out of the team. On the plus side that must mean that JWH is fit to play.

If that's correct it's ridiculous. We'll see.
