I personally thought the Radz interview was unnecessary. He pretty much threw Orta under the bus. And although Orta made a lot of mistakes, Radz shouldn't mention it publicly. It just seemed like a man desperately trying to save face. Compare Radz's interview to Marathe's and it's clear Marathe is levels above in terms of pragmatism and professionalism.

Yes I thought he dropped Orta in it. Orta has screwed us over good and proper with the contracts he agreed and the players and managers he signed . Radz should have shown his business skills and not let Orta dictate who was coming to the club. But hindsight is a wonderful thing I suppose. I`m sure with the right Director of Sport appointed we will do much better this time around.
He's an absolute class act is Marathe. He completely turned around the 49ers in NFL making them one of the best outfits including building a new state of the art stadium, which is a very very difficult thing to do with such a stringent salary cap and draft each year. Talented guy.
